  • How do I start service?
    1. Call/email to discuss your cleaning needs/what service you are interested in. 2. We would agree on an appointment date/time. 3. You will fill out the online booking form to reserve your slot. 4. You will start receiving automated confirmations and reminders about your upcoming appointment. 5. *Your appointment is not confirmed until we receive the booking form. You may lose your slot and we would have to find another date/time if another person is also looking for an appointment in that time frame.
  • How do I get on the waitlist?
    If we are booked out and you would like us to call you for any last minute cancellations or openings, simply fill out our booking form and we will reach out when we have an opening.
  • Can I tip my cleaner?
    Of course! Tips are never expected, always appriciated. If you would like to show your gratitude to one of our cleaners, simply add it to your total and your cleaner will recieve it. You can also ask for their personal venmo, cashapp, etc. or give them cash before they leave.
  • Are you okay with my dog/cat roaming around?
    Yew, we love pets! As long as they do not distract our cleaners, we are okay with them being out and about.
  • Do I need to provide any supplies?
    No, we provide everything. Unless you use a specific product for something, please let us know and we will be happy to use it instead.
  • Can I gift a cleaning service?
    Yes! You can CLICK HEREto puchase an eGift Card or contact me to pay via another payment method that we accept.
  • Why do you need my credit card information?
    There are a few reasons we need to have your credit card on file. 1. To secure/reserve your appointment, we require your credit card information. This ensures that you have booked us and have reserved us for that specific timeslot. 2. For the cancelation policy, if for some reason the cancelation policy is enacted, we know that we already have your information. 3. Some clients prefer us to conveniently run their card for a service on their behalf. 3. Please note, Simply Clean with Linda will never run your card for any other reason other than the ones listed above.

Lock Out Policy 

If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, turned away at the door, or appointment canceled the same day, a fee equal to the full-service price will be charged to the card on file. 


Cancellation Policy

Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the credit card on file.
