CANCELLATION POLICY

The Cancellation and Lock Out Policy will go into effect if any of the following happen:

 

1. If the client cancels service with less than 48 business hours' notice. 

  • Half the service price will be charged. 

 

2. If my team is unable to access the home upon arrival.

  • Full-service price will be charged. 

 

3. If we are turned away at the door upon arrival.

  • Full-service price will be charged. 

 

Those fees go straight to our cleaners to compensate for their lost time. 

SATISFACTON GUARANTEED POLICY

We do not issue refunds for any reason.

 

We guarantee our work and will make it right in the case something gets missed or is not done to your satisfaction.

 

Mistakes happen and that is OK! Please be kind and know we will make it right once we are notified of the issue.

*This does not apply to customized cleanings/priority cleanings if, we simply could not complete all tasks due to total man hours purchased.

LOCK OUT POLICY

If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, turned away at the door, or appointment canceled the same day, a fee equal to the full-service price will be charged to the card on file.
