CANCELLATION POLICY

The Cancellation and Lock Out Policy will go into effect if any of the following happen:

 

1. If the client cancels service with less than 48 business hours' notice. 

  • Half the service price will be charged. 

 

2. If my team is unable to access the home upon arrival.

  • Full-service price will be charged. 

 

3. If we are turned away at the door upon arrival.

  • Full-service price will be charged. 

 

Those fees go straight to our cleaners to compensate for their lost time. 

OUR SATISFACTION PROMISE

We stand behind our work and truly want you to be happy with your cleaning. If something is missed or not completed to your satisfaction, please let us know within a reasonable timeframe so we can make it right.

Mistakes can happen, and we appreciate your kindness and understanding. Once we’re made aware of an issue, we’ll do our best to correct it promptly.

Please note: This promise does not apply to customized or priority cleanings when all requested tasks could not be completed within the total man-hours purchased.

LOCK OUT POLICY

If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, turned away at the door, or appointment canceled the same day, a fee equal to the full-service price will be charged to the card on file.
