The Cancellation Policy will go into effect if any of the following happen:
1. If the client cancels service with less than 48 business hours notice.
2. If my team is unable to access the home upon arrival
3. If we are turned away at the door upon arrival
The Cancellation Fee (or Lockout Fee) will be equal to half of the service price and will be charged to the credit card we have on file. Those fees go straight to our cleaners to compensate for their lost time.
Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
We do not issue refunds for any reason.
We guarantee our work and will make it right in the case something gets missed or is not done to your satisfaction.
Mistakes happen and that is OK! Please be kind and know we will make it right once we are notified of the issue.
*This does not apply to customized cleanings/priority cleanings if, we simply could not complete all tasks due to total man hours purchased.
